Longford on Stage

Longford on Stage is a local amateur dramatic group, founded in 2003. We comprise a mixture of adults, teens and children, but what we all have in common is a desire to learn more about performance of acting, singing, dancing, stage management, scenery design, lighting & sound.

Our last production was a concert, "Show Stoppers 2011", It was on for several nights in between Christmas and the New Year.

Based at the church hall at Salem Baptist Church in Longford, Coventry (UK), we have members from a range of organisations.
The following local churches are represented:-

• Aldermans Green Free Methodist Church, Aldermans Green Rd,
• Exhall Methodist Church, Black Horse Rd, Exhall,
• Salem Baptist Church, Lady Lane,
• Union Place Baptist Church, Oban Road.

Although most of the members are from a Christian background, everyone is welcome. The only requirement is a desire to have fun, sing, dance, entertain people and learn theatre skills.
